 Membership FAQs

  • Members who stick around for 6 consecutive months unlock a permanent benefit as a thank-you for their loyalty:

    • Your hourly rate drops from by $5 —as long as you stay a member.

    • You’ll also receive 2 bonus shop hours the month you hit 6 months

  • At this time, unused hours do not roll over—this helps keep the space fair and available for all active members.

  • You’ll still be able to book, but additional hours are charged at a reduced “overage” rate depending on your tier.

  • Month-to-month plans can be canceled at any time. Just give us a heads-up before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged!

  • Members get to use the detailing station X times per month (Depending on the plan). You can just reserve it when you book your bay or ask when you arrive. Additional sessions are available at a reduced member rate too.
