 Membership FAQs

  • Members who stick around for 6 consecutive months unlock a permanent benefit as a thank-you for their loyalty:

    • Your hourly rate drops after 6 consecutive months (see your plan for the exact rate), as long as you stay a member

  • Yes! Depending on the plan, unused hours can roll over to the next month (See exact plan details).

  • You’ll still be able to book, but additional hours are charged at a reduced “overage” rate depending on your tier.

  • You can cancel anytime after your minimum term. Base and Black have a 2-month minimum, and Ultra has a 3-month minimum. After that, just cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
